Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries are a type of lithium-ion battery known for their stability, high safety, and long cycle life. They are widely used in various applications, including electric vehicles, electric scooters, electric power system, renewable energy storage, and portable electronics and provide a stable voltage output. It is capable of handling high discharge currents, making them suitable for applications that requiring quick bursts of power. LFP batteries are more environmentally friendly than other lithium-ion chemistries, it does not contain toxic metals like cobalt.
LiFePO4 batteries also have a relatively low cost of ownership, as they require less maintenance and replacement than traditional lead-acid batteries.
